AI-assisted features

2GED includes AI features such as Ask 2GED, writing help, summaries, translation and suggested actions.

AI can make mistakes

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Verify important information, and do not rely on AI for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions.

You stay in control

AI never sends messages or takes actions on its own. Where AI prepares an action, you review it and confirm before anything happens, and permissions are rechecked on the server.

Organization AI

Organization AI is off by default, controlled by the organization, and limited to information the person asking is already allowed to see.

Data

Prompts and replies are sent to an AI model provider to generate answers. See the Privacy Policy.
