Terms of Use
By creating a 2GED Passport you agree to these terms. They are written to be read.
Your account
One person, one Passport. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account. You must be old enough to hold an account where you live, and where an organization invites you, its own rules may also apply.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or sexual harassment of anyone.
- No sexual content involving minors, and no content that endangers a young person. Ever.
- No impersonation of a person, organization, school, employer or public body.
- No spam, scams, malicious links or attempts to manipulate the platform.
- No sharing of someone else's private information without their consent.
- No attempts to break, probe or bypass the security of the platform or another account.
Anyone can report content for human review. Accounts that break these rules can be restricted, suspended or removed, and you can appeal a decision. See Safety.
Your content
What you create stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it to the people you sent it to, and keep the service running. Content you create inside an organization workspace is visible to that organization under its own policies.
Organizations and payment
Personal accounts, students and alumni use 2GEDAPPS free. Only organizations pay, and only through an agreement with us — there are no in-app purchases and no individual subscriptions.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Devices. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The service is provided as it is. We work hard on security and describe honestly what is and is not in place, but no online service can promise perfect availability or perfect security. We make no compliance certification claims.
