Responsibility

The person creating an organization confirms they are authorized to act for it. Owners and administrators are responsible for how their workspace is used and who they invite.

Member privacy

Organizations control their workspace only. They cannot access members' Personal workspaces.

Plans and data

Downgrading, cancelling or a failed payment never randomly deletes organization data. Premium features may become read-only as described in the billing terms.

Regulated organizations

2GED Health is designed for healthcare organizations but is not a HIPAA certification. 2GED Gov carries no FedRAMP, StateRAMP or other government authorization. Organizations remain responsible for their own compliance.

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED before signing healthcare or government customers (e.g. business associate agreements).
