What we collect
Account and profile: name, username, email, optional phone number, language, timezone, country, profile photo.
Content: messages, voice notes, files, Space posts, meeting details and Arena moves you create.
Organization information: memberships, roles and organization settings.
Device information: device type, app version, push-notification subscriptions and sign-in activity.
AI interactions: prompts and replies in 2GED AI conversations you start.
We do not claim to collect nothing — this list is what the service needs to work.
Why we use it
To run the service you ask for, keep accounts secure, prevent abuse, deliver notifications, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Phone numbers
Phone numbers are private by default and never shown on public profiles. If you verify your number, the code is sent by our SMS provider.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, we store a push subscription for each device so we can alert you about calls, messages and other events you choose. You can turn each type off in Settings.
Payments
Organization payments are processed by Stripe. 2GED never receives or stores full card details — only Stripe reference IDs and subscription status.
Third-party processors
Hosting and database; Stripe (payments); Twilio (SMS verification); a real-time audio/video provider (calls and Meet); an AI model provider (AI features); web push services operated by browser and device makers.

Retention
We keep information while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. Some chats can be set to disappear. Deleted accounts are removed subject to legal and safety-record requirements.

Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and workspace isolation. No system is 100% secure, and we will never claim otherwise.
Your choices
Edit your profile and privacy settings, control who can call or message you, export or delete your account, and turn notifications off.
