Who we are

2GED (also 2GEDAPPS) is operated by Phillips Health Consulting LLC. By creating a 2GED Passport or using the service you agree to these terms.

Account eligibility

One person, one Passport. You must meet the minimum age to hold an account where you live, and give accurate information.

Organizations that invite you may apply their own additional rules inside their workspace.

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: minimum age and parental-consent rules per market.

Acceptable behavior

You must follow the Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. Harassment, exploitation, fraud, impersonation, spam and attempts to break security are prohibited.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give 2GED the limited permission needed to store, transmit and display it to the people you choose, and to operate safety features.

You are responsible for having the right to share what you post.

Communication, Spaces and Meet

Chats, calls, Spaces and 2GED Meet are provided to connect people. Call and meeting quality depends on your network and device. Recordings may only be made where the feature is offered and participants are informed.

Organizations

Organization workspaces are controlled by the organization's owners and administrators. Your Personal workspace stays separate: organization administrators cannot read your personal chats, Spaces, Cards, calls or Arena activity.

Organization plans are governed additionally by the Organization Terms and Subscription & Billing Terms.

Arena

Games and tournaments are for recreation. Results and ratings are decided by 2GED's server-side game logic. Cheating, collusion and manipulating results are prohibited. No paid entry or prizes are offered.

AI features

2GED includes AI-assisted features that can make mistakes. See the AI Disclosure.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms, with a route to appeal. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Intellectual property

2GED, its name, logo and software belong to its operator. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the service except where the law allows.

Service availability

We work to keep 2GED available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. 2GED is not an emergency service — contact local emergency services in an emergency.

Billing

People use 2GED free. Organizations may buy a plan under the Subscription & Billing Terms.

Disputes and governing law

App stores

If you use 2GED through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store's terms also apply. The store is not responsible for 2GED or its support.
