Child & Youth Safety

Operational draft — not yet attorney-approved. Items marked for review will be settled before public launch.

Minor accounts

Where a person is identified as a minor, extra protections apply: stricter default privacy, limits on who can contact them, and restrictions on adult–minor interactions outside supervised organization settings.

Schools and organizations

Schools and youth organizations control their own workspaces and are responsible for appropriate supervision and consent under their rules.

Reporting and blocking

Anyone can report content or behavior that endangers a young person. Such reports are prioritized. Child sexual exploitation is removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Inappropriate content

Sexual, violent or harmful content directed at minors is prohibited.

Legal requirements

Minimum ages and parental-consent rules differ by country.

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED before launching to youth markets (e.g. COPPA, GDPR-K, age-appropriate design codes). 2GED makes no COPPA or FERPA compliance claim.
